The Little Big Hunt Has Started

The Little Big Hunt started yesterday and runs till May 30th. Featuring over 30 stores, this hunt has themed prizes that are either little or big things. I'm showing off a cute little outfit I put together with Demise of Flight's basic tanktop with a fun elephant on it and Purple Moon's mini that comes with a hud allowing you to change it out to 6 different patterns. I think they go pretty awesomely together. Don't you agree? Oh and if you're more of a furniture fan, Circa has out this fantastic bookcase complete with everything you see shown on it as well as comfy cushions (not shown) that you can sit on. Eleonor's No Angel

Hey readers! Just a little post showing off some grungy goodies I picked up the last few days. I saw these jeans on another blog and knew I had to have them. They are by Razorblade Jacket and come with a belt hud with lots of buckle and color options. I love the fit so much that I'm sure I'll be wearing them again and again.

While out and about today, I wound up at Para Designs and noticed they were in the Jack or Jill Hunt so I area searched real quick and picked up their Jill prize which is this amazingly detailed angel tattoo. I'm not a huge fan of tattoos but I liked the wings on this one so I figured I'd show it off for all of you who like to be inked. And of course since I think the back is the best, I just had to take a quick snap of it.

Finally, I gotta mention my purty skin. It's the newest tone of Al Vulo's Eleonor called Bisquit. Eleonor comes with 14 makeups and includes 3 brow options, Tango appliers, the eyes I'm wearing, and many more makeup add ons. I can't decide which makeup I like the best but I felt like the black ones suited this look. If you're looking for a new darker toned skin, be sure to demo Eleonor because as you can see, she's adorable.

Beyond

I meant to post these pics last night but I got distracted by some of my guy friends and I'm a bad multitasker so here they are. Just a little looksie I built around this adorable newly released dress by Plastik. It's called the Aeris dress and comes in lots of fun textures making it the perfect little party dress. House of Fox is having a sale on all its mesh items so I picked up this pretty jacket and decided to layer. It almost didn't fit over the dress but it does so I'm happy. Just watch those super movey AO's.

My jewelry and clutch (yes, I'm aware you can't see it that well in these pics!) are sale items I picked up at Euphoria's Pre New Year's sale. Everything in this discounted room at Euphoria is on sale for only 50L and there is lots of cuteness. I mean Maxi Gossamer for that price alone makes me squeal. Goodbye Filthy

*cries loudly* I just got notice that my absolute favorite skin store is closing. As many of you know, Filthy has always been my go to store for skins. I love the subtle makeups and glossy feel of their skins and think they suit my shape best. Although there are many other skin stores that I love, Filthy is always the one I feel most natural wearing.While I'm sobbing over the idea that I'll never get another new Filthy skin, I'd like to point out that all skin packs are on sale for 299L until December 5th with all previous group gifts set out for free. The owner, Alexandra Barcelos, says she's going to be fully focused on mesh now instead so I will still be keeping my eye on her and I can still rock my favorite Filthy skins right?

Most of my look today is newness I've picked up across the grid. Blah has out these adorable dresses that come with boobeh appliers for those of you who like to rock the Lolas and I found a new hair store by the owner of Burley called taketomi via my bestie Kimbra that has lots of cuteness in it.

I'm also rocking these fun poses by Demise of Flight called the Rock Steady Poses. I don't know how she got the fingers to move on their own but I'm loving that there are no hand attachments or extra steps needed to be taken in editing. Gotta love unisex goodies on SL. I've been eyeing up this men's jacket by Pumpkin on the feeds for a few days now. I loved it so much I even told my boy bestie to get it but he kind of just blew me off in the way only boys know how so I figured what the hell and went to demo it for myself. Shockingly, it fit pretty well and I didn't even have to have a SL breast reduction so woohoo. I'm loving it even more on me than I did in pictures but of course, I had to take some pics of myself in it. This awesome leather jacket, shirt, and bag combo even comes with a HUD to mix and match the shirt and bags out to your own liking. <3 it so much and as you can see, it totally works for us chickies so yay for unisex!

It's Haunted!

Hi all! I got lots of compliments on this outfit so I figured I'd show it off via some bloggage. If you're not aware, [NV] and Suicidal Unborn are having a sale with select items for 50% off. This sweet halter style dress is one of the many awesome items you can pick up there and it's available in a variety of colors. I paired it with this awesome antique style necklace from Kosh that is available at The Men's Department (yes, they have unisex stuffs too!) and the newest freebie eyes from Poetic Colors. The rest of my look is oldies but goodies I tossed on. You know I can never get enough of these Deco boots and I love how they make my sexy dress look more girl next door. I don't know about you but sometimes I feel like I only wear an outfit once so I've been trying to make more use out of things I've bought in the past.

Now onto location! I'm blogging today from The Haunted Mountain of Marathon Caye. This sim is awesome and yes, it's Halloween themed so it's perfect for pics right now. I found it on the Second Life Destination Guide and even though I'm only showing one teensy part of this fantastically done sim, you need to check out the rest. A Pretend Rock Goddess

Have you ever dreamed of being a rock star? I know I have. From the time, I was able to remember the lyrics to songs, I've always imagined I was famous and singing in front of sold out crowds. Sadly, I wasn't born with the talent to sing or play any of these instruments behind me. I get mean stares and have even on occasion been told to shut up in a not so nice tone from people as I sing along loudly to whatever song is on the radio. Since I'm not going to be a rock star myself any day soon, I decided to be the next best thing. Yep, a groupie! I've gotten in the know with certain bands and they don't seem to mind me being around. Probably as long as I don't sing! *Giggles*

It's nice this way I suppose because every so often, I get to sneak up on the stage after a show and close my eyes pretending that I had just given the performance of a lifetime and I'll let you in on a little secret....sometimes, I grab the mic and really pretend that I'm a rock goddess. You won't tell anyone, will you?

We're a Broken People Living Under Loaded Gun

Hey all! Just a fun LOTD post featuring these awesome mesh pants I've seen on a few blogs I follow lately. They are by Tonktastic and feature a texture hud for the pants and the belt plus the option of wearing them short or long or low or normal waisted. I feel in love with them as soon as I demo'd them and you will too so be sure to check them out.

Once I got my LOTD together, me and one of my besties went in search of the perfect sim to take pics at and came across The Wastelands. I love the attention to detail this sim's designers put into it and it make me feel like a character in one of Linkin Park's post apocalyptic themed videos so I just had to stick around and take pics here. Izzie's has out a new group gift and it's adorable as always. It's a sneak peek of her upcoming skin line, Faith. This little looksie comes with two makeups in the blonde version so of course, it was an excuse for me to rock blonde hair for a little bit. As always, Izzie's skins never let me down and this one is no exception. I love how generous the designer is with her group gifts so if you're not a member of this group, you need to join it. For only 250L, she puts out an fantastic giftie a month and since you're getting two skins this month, it's well worth the price so be sure to get on over there and join up!

I'm also showing off the newest release from Cynful. As soon as I saw the sayings on these dresses, I just knew I had to have one. It was just a matter of choosing but I felt this sarcastic saying one suited me best so it won me over. This mesh mini comes with both the black and white options as well as matching black and white tube tops for layering underneath. Perfect Wardrobe: Asylum

Perfect Wardrobe is back with a new round and this time, the theme is Asylum. As some of you know I'm a nurse in RL so I thought I'd show a look showing what would happen if a nurse snapped and went a little umm psycho.

As you can see, there are quite a few awesome finds this round and as always, everything is 90L. I was super excited to see that Logo has joined the team because I recently found their hair and love it. Also, Izzie's never seems to let me down and her Estella Asylum skin is super creepy and highly detailed so be sure to check it out. Finishing up my PW look are these awesome nails by Rotten Defiance. I love blood red nails so I'm sure I'll be rocking these again and again.

Just Peachy

Hey all! Just another LOTD from the Festival of Sin. As soon as I saw the sneak peek pics of this item from Rezipsa Loc, I knew I'd have to have it. The adorable bubble dress comes in 5 yummy flavors but I was torn on which to buy and finally settled on the peach. Since I wanted to enhance the pretty color of this dress, I'm wearing a darker skin than normal. I still think I look damn cute, don't you?

Anyways, this dress is in the gluttony sim appropriately. We all know I love food so it was cute to look around that part of the festival. I believe Rezzie got the 7/11 but I didn't see any slurpees to be had. Darn! Well, enough rambling from me. Run over to the Festival of Sin and grab one of these juicy little numbers!

I ♥ Zombies Or at Least the Zombie Popcorn Hunt

The Zombie Popcorn Hunt 6 kicked off today and since so many stores are in it that I love, I had to give it a go. Since I'm an impatient hunter, I scoured the feeds and wrote up a list of stores I wanted to hit bypassing others with things that weren't my style. On one of the feeds, I saw this helmet by Deco and I knew I had to have it even if it is pink. I'm in absolute love with my pink helmet and haven't taken it off since I moded it to fit my big ole head. My love for this helmet lead me to bypass other hunt goodies to put together my first of many looks compliments of this hunt.

Mesh is still hawt and there are quite a few stores on this hunt with mesh goodies. One of them is Villena and they have out this cutesy unisex mesh hoodie as a prize. It's another one of my faves but then again, all the things I picked up are. If you haven't started this hunt, you're missing out on some awesome finds so get to hunting!
