Laid Back

Hi readers! Just a little post showing off a super casual outfit from 1 Hundred that is available at BlackOnly. I'm very much a yoga pants and cardigan kind of girl in RL (In fact, I'm wearing something similar in blue and gray today!) so I could definitely see myself wearing this often. Well, maybe not baring my tummy but hey this is SL and we're allowed to be sexier here. Pics today are taken at Missing Mile. Most of you all have been there and for some reason, I always stop and take my pics at the main landing area near the trailers and train tracks but for some reason, today I decided to explore some more and found this Victorian inspired house that reminds me of something my mom would like so I decided to snap some pics around it (Yes, I know the outfit really doesn't fit the location but hey, let's pretend this is my actual house and I stepped out to get some air! :D )and that's all to my laid back themed post. A Pretend Rock Goddess

Have you ever dreamed of being a rock star? I know I have. From the time, I was able to remember the lyrics to songs, I've always imagined I was famous and singing in front of sold out crowds. Sadly, I wasn't born with the talent to sing or play any of these instruments behind me. I get mean stares and have even on occasion been told to shut up in a not so nice tone from people as I sing along loudly to whatever song is on the radio. Since I'm not going to be a rock star myself any day soon, I decided to be the next best thing. Yep, a groupie! I've gotten in the know with certain bands and they don't seem to mind me being around. Probably as long as I don't sing! *Giggles*

It's nice this way I suppose because every so often, I get to sneak up on the stage after a show and close my eyes pretending that I had just given the performance of a lifetime and I'll let you in on a little secret....sometimes, I grab the mic and really pretend that I'm a rock goddess. You won't tell anyone, will you?

Oh Ayla

Filthy has been on a skin creating kick the last few days and I'm loving it. Alexandra Barcelos, owner of Filthy, has put out two beautifully done skins with fun spring makeups. I absolutely fell in love with all of them but decided to show off my favorite of the two in my favorite tone, Ivory. Although the color is called Ivory, it's more of a creamy peach and I think it works well with my everyday eye and hair colors. I'm pretty certain that #6 is my favorite of this bunch because of the pretty lipcolor but I'll be wearing all of these for the next few weeks. Vacation

Boo! I'm back! Well, sort of. I took a little blogging vacation because my Second Life job has been kind of busy. I'm a manager at a new club, Club Cyanide, and have been in charge of promoting and events. It's keeping me busy in the kind of busy that I need to have in order to stay on SL. Now, I took a minivacation (giggles, seriously an hour) from that in order to blog.

Today, I'm featuring a skin from Filthy. Now for those of you who have just started reading my blog, Filthy is a new skin designer who makes absolutely gorgeous skins. If you join the VIP group, she features a skin a month as a group gift for both males and females. Last night, she dropped the April gift but I haven't had time to check it out so I'm showing off one of her newer ones. Thalia is a beautiful work of art with slightly pink cheeks that remind you of a spring day. She comes in four different makeups as well as four skin tones. I'm wearing her pale natural skin with a mascara from BOOM.

A while back I found this store called Toxic Bish that has really cool clubber clothes. The top I'm wearing in this post comes from there and is available in many other colors besides orange. Add some old favorites like KHUSH jeans and Truth hair and tada! Anyways, this is my beachy blog. I'll be back sometime in the near future. Hugs fellow bloggers and readers!

Hi bloggers! Today I'm featuring a new skin from one of my favorite skin designers on Second Life. If you guessed Filthy, you're right. Annabelle is her name and yes, again, I'm in love. She comes in three tones, pale, tan, and dark. I'm going to show you the pales. From the soft pink lips and pale eyeshadow of Douce to the sky blue eyeshadow and pretty pink lips of Candy, Annabelle offers a skin for all so run over to Filthy, join their VIP group because as I've said before, she puts out fabulous group gifts, and snag these skins.

A Day Late

Yesterday was Valentine's Day. The day we spend with the ones we love. Lucky for me, the one I love is also on Second Life so I got the spend the night just relaxing and talking to him. Found this quiet but pretty SIM with dancing and just hung out for an hour or two. It's something we don't get to do often because RL gets in the way or I'm off doing something like hosting or shopping. Anyways, it was a nice night and I'm lucky to have such a great partner. My partner's been on a turquoise kick the last few days. Telling me how he'd love to see me wearing something sexy in turquoise so today I decided to do a little shopping. Ok, who am I kidding? A lot of shopping!! It all started with that SLuicide Girls blog. I saw some sexy skins on them so I had to go check out the store they mentioned. Little did I know that the store had just opened. I have to say that the designers of Illusory have outdone themselves. I was in heaven trying to choose one skin but finally settled on this Winter one in Warmth. I just love the bright lipstick and dark eye makeup. After I was done buying skin, I received a notice from Amacci saying that all colorpacks in their store were on sale for 85 l so of course, I had to drop by there and pick up a few new styles. Top all that shopping off with a mini splurge on the Marketplace for some sexy turquoise lingerie and new poses and you have some ammunition to tease your partner with.
