52 Weeks of Color: Coral

Yes, I'm already behind. What can I say? I'm a big time procrastinator. It's partly in fault because I'm not a huge fan of the color Coral. It reminds me of pink and yes, even though I blog pink, I hate pink. That's probably why I chose an orangish coral. Lucky for me, Alexohol is designing goodies for the challenge so I was lucky enough to snag their Brandy Puff Dress that is available for Taste of Second Life in this color. Don't worry! If you love the dress as much as I did, you can blog it in Electric Blue because they also have it in that color. Now TOSL is over in a few so hurry on over and snap this pretty girl up.

Oh, and I have to rave about the hair real quick. It's the newest release from Tameless and I just have to say that I absolutely adore her short styles. They flow so well and I look totally cute in them. I'm sure you will too so go on over to Tameless and check out this new hair with customizable streaks and hairpins. It's called Dori.

Playing Catch Up

So due to RL, I fell a little behind in my blogging and am trying to play catch up. I apologize to those designers who support my blog for being delayed with my blog postings and to my readers for having nothing new to show off but I'm hoping that it's behind me now.

This has been my look of the day, well actually past few days and is a mix and match of some adorable items that I've picked up from various stores. I'm showing off the newest group giftie skin from Filthy (love the freckles!) as well as some newly released eyes from sauce. I paired them with this soft long sleeve tee perfect for layering from Cool Beans that is available at The Tropicalia Bazaar and a lovely textured cardigan from Jane. Since it's autumn and I'm still running around in shorts, I figured I'd balance the look with these cutesy socks that were out on Grenade Free Wednesdays from Izzie's. I'm not sure if they are still out at a discount price but you get lots of different colors so they are well worth full price. Mixing It Up

Just a quick LOTD with some fabulousness that is around the grid right now. If you haven't been to The Tropicalia Bazaar or Perfect Wardrobe, you're missing out on some great sales. Everything I'm wearing besides the hair, eyes, and blazer can be found at these events. I'm in love with these platform wedges from Cool Beans because they are modifiable and I can mod them to match practically anything in my wardrobe. I'm also in major like with this pretty Fall inspired skin called Lula. This cutesy skin which comes from a side brand of Sorry Asia called Barbiedoll is only available at Perfect Wardrobe. You definitely need to get your butts over to both of these events before they change collections.

A Day Late

Yesterday was Valentine's Day. The day we spend with the ones we love. Lucky for me, the one I love is also on Second Life so I got the spend the night just relaxing and talking to him. Found this quiet but pretty SIM with dancing and just hung out for an hour or two. It's something we don't get to do often because RL gets in the way or I'm off doing something like hosting or shopping. Anyways, it was a nice night and I'm lucky to have such a great partner.
