And I Came To Get Hurt

Sometimes I wake up in the mornin'
Sometimes I dream some more
I keep my wounds without a bandage, baby
As I come stumblin' through the door

Spend my nights in dislocation
Talkin' to spirits on the floor
I think I came to find a feelin', baby
Between what was mine and what was yours

And I came to get hurt
Might as well do your worst to me
Have you come here to get hurt?
Have you come to take away from me?
From me, from me
Might as well do your worst to me...

Just Like a Circus

There's only two types of people in the world
The ones that entertain, and the ones that observe
Well baby I'm a put-on-a-show kinda girl
Don't like the backseat, gotta be first
I'm like the ringleader
I call the shots
I'm like a firecracker
I make it hot
When I put on a show

I feel the adrenaline moving through my veins
Spotlight on me and I'm ready to break
I'm like a performer, the dance floor is my stage
Better be ready, hope that ya feel the same

All the eyes on me in the center of the ring
Just like a circus
When I crack that whip, everybody gonna trip
Just like a circus
Don't stand there watching me, follow me
Show me what you can do
Everybody let go, we can make a dance floor
Just like a circus...

Windy Day

The breeze whistles by...
Whispers high...
What a lovely sound!
It knocks off my hat!
Fancy that!
It blows my hair around!

Windy day!
Look how the breeze spins like a top!
Swirls through the grass and never stops.
Dances me on my way...
My, oh my, it's a windy, windy day!
It's a windy, windy day!
It's a windy, windy day!

The Miller's Daughter

A miller's daughter lived beside a mill,
She sat and sobbed and even cried until
A youth came by resolved to try his wiles.
Came by resolved to try his wiles.

He found that maiden hard to understand,
Till one fine day he thought he'd won her hand,
But wretched soul he'd miss'd his goal by miles.
Poor soul he'd miss'd his goal by miles.

She was a miller's daughter,
And lived beside a mill;
Still and deep ran the water,
But she was deeper still.

I Think I Need a Sunrise

I think I need a sunrise
I'm tired of the Sunset
I hear it's nice in the summer
Some snow would be nice, oh yeah

You don't know me
And you don't even care, oh yeah...
