52 Weeks of Color: Patina & Alice Blue

Okies, so I'm a bit of a procrastinator. Tell me something I don't know already. I kind of got sidetracked inworld and didn't do Patina. I'm sorry but hey I got it done now as well as my Alice Blue post. Yay! I kind of got the original idea to do an Alice in Wonderland look for this color so it was easier to do. I'm sure I wasn't the only one who went did this but meh, it was original to me at the time. Anyways, I hope you enjoy my Patina and Alice Blue posts. One Step Closer

Nightmare Before

Today I'm just showing off a casual LOTD inspired by the movie, The Nightmare Before Christmas. Barbiedoll put out these Jack Skellington tops for Grenade Free Wednesday and if you're in the mood for something Halloweenish without the pumpkins, these tops might just be for you. You get two in the pack and since they come in all layers, they are easy to layer with other clothing. I'm also featuring this cutesy shy pose that is part of a fatpack from Juxtapose for GFW as well. If you're looking for some more poses to add to the collection, grab these at the Jersey Shore as well.

The rest of my look is compliments of the store, Shitz N Giggles. I really like the laidback feel of this messenger bag combined with these joggers and the skeleton on the joggers kind of looks like Jack up there so I put them together to make my casual LOTD. Also, these gauges are pretty cool and were really easy to match to my skintone so check out this store. It's getting kind of creepy here in this cemetary so I'm off. Ttyl!

*Giggles* As you can tell by the title, this post is filled with newness. Barbiedoll just released these juicy bright lipsticks and adorable garter socks. The lipsticks come in three different packs, I'm showing off one of the colors from the Cotton Candy pack, and the socks come in three patterns. I just love the solids so I had to make a LOTD to go around them. They are the perfect edition to your outfits so get over to Barbiedoll and pick these accessories up.

I'm also showing off this smoking hot dress from VMC called Reh. Reh comes in 5 colors and is perfect for those naughty nights. I had a little issue with the prim. Buggers don't like me but if you're good with moding, you'll be ready to go so while you're out shopping for accessories head on over to VMC.

Finally, I gotta mention these cutesy star tats I got from a new store to me. They are from cute monster and since I love stars, I just had to try them out. I like how the chest ones draw a little attention to my cleavage without being overwhelming so if you're in the mood to check out a new store, be sure to check out cute monster.

Mixing It Up

Just a quick LOTD with some fabulousness that is around the grid right now. If you haven't been to The Tropicalia Bazaar or Perfect Wardrobe, you're missing out on some great sales. Everything I'm wearing besides the hair, eyes, and blazer can be found at these events. I'm in love with these platform wedges from Cool Beans because they are modifiable and I can mod them to match practically anything in my wardrobe. I'm also in major like with this pretty Fall inspired skin called Lula. This cutesy skin which comes from a side brand of Sorry Asia called Barbiedoll is only available at Perfect Wardrobe. You definitely need to get your butts over to both of these events before they change collections.

Perfect Wardrobe Starts Tonight!!

As some of you are aware, Perfect Wardrobe starts tonight! I have been waiting excitedly for this event to begin ever since I heard of it on Whisper Mizin's blog. For those of you who don't know about it, let me tell you all about it. Perfect Wardrobe is the newest discount shopping event to hit the grid. It is ran by the owners of the Toxic Shock SIM and will feature their stores as well as these listed: Stickyfingers, HolliPocket, Izzie's, Damned, Jesylilo, Aura and many many more. Although this scarf was originally a melonish color, I was able to change it to whichever darker color I'd like so I decided to do a hot pink. Check Out the Skinny!

As promised I'm back with a full preview of the skin, Noona by Barbiedoll! This skin which comes in a tan shade and eight makeups is Barbiedoll's first release and I am excited to see more from this store. The makeups range from a pure, neutral base perfect for layering to a sexy makeup with smokey eyes and dark lipstick. As I said in my previous post, I love the pouty lips and catlike eyes. If you're looking for a hawt skin, go check out Noona at Barbiedoll.

I'm also showing off these fabulous jeans from Pepper. They are the newest release and come with a polaroid picture in your back pocket that you can customize to your heart's desire. They are available in four colors and feature a nice denim texture with well done sculpted cuffs. I just love how Pepper's designer adds little goodies to her clothing. It's always a surprise to see what she comes up with. You know you want these jeans so get on over to Pepper too!

Rawr!

A couple of the blogs I follow have been showing off this sexy tan skin from a new store called Barbiedoll so I had to tp to the store and check it out. There isn't a lot of merchandise available yet but what I saw was super sexy so of course, I have to show off a few items from there. I got my hands literally on these adorable lace gloves and this sexy skin called Noona. Noona features pouty lips and kittenish eyes. Right now, she's only available in Tan but she's smokin so you won't mind the darker tone if you're like me and into paler tones. I haven't taken her off yet. I'm wearing the Hypnotic makeup but you really can't see it well so I promise to give a full show of this hawt skinny later.
