Dance Into Dreams Way

Hi readers! Today I've got a look at this gorgeous formal cocktail dress that is available at the Dreams Way Charity event from Dead Dollz. This charity raises money to support Autism, Asperger's, ADD/ADHD, and stroke survivors. Dead Dollz has generously decided to give 100% of the sale proceeds for this exclusive item to this fantastic organization as well as 50% of the sale proceeds of the other 3 dresses she has out for this event which runs till November 30th. As you can see, the attention to detail with this dress is amazing from the gorgeous silver embellishment lining the hemline of this dress to the fantastic fit so if you're in the dancing mood, be sure to check out this lovely number and support a wonderful charity.

Now let's talk about accessories! My gemstone necklace is from Sweet Leonard and comes in a variety of colors. It's got a frostlike quality to it that makes it perfect for all your dressy winter looks so head on over and snap this up as well. Baby, You're A Firework

Hey all! Hope everyone is having a wonderful 4th of July weekend so far. Second Life designers love to get into the spirit of the holidays so of course, I've got some Independence Day goodies to show off to you. Blacklace has out this special edition of their previously released Jewel lingerie. This sexy set even comes complete with dangly star earrings and a necklace. I also decided to show off this cutesy flag tattoo that Blacklace Beauty has out to complete the outfit. This sinful little set is only 99L so hurry and pick it up to light off some fireworks in the bedroom this fourth.

Also if you're looking for some more fun accessories, Perfect Wardrobe has a 4th of July themed round going on right now and Rotten Defiance has out these adorable headbands for 90L. The Video Interpretation Challenge: Sober

Hi all and welcome to the first week of our musically themed challenge, The Video Interpretation Challenge. Thanks for bearing with me. I know I said I'd do a formal post yesterday but alas, RL got in the way so I'm a day late. Hopefully you'll forgive me though! :D This week's video, Sober by Pink, was submitted by the lovely Iri. As soon as I saw it on the list of suggestions, I had to double check the video out because I knew the lyrics were some of my faves. The song kind of rings true to me because I am that girl that has to fill the silence. Anyone who knows me knows that I'm completely random and I will keep on talking just to talk. The quiet does scare me! Anyways, enough rambling about me and why I chose to do this song first. On with my pic! Zoot Suit Riot

Lately, I've been on a vintage kick. I've always been a fan of vintage looks and since Riley likes them too, I've decided to rock them a little more. What can I say? I aim to please. :D Lucky for me, Lelutka's designers like vintage looks as well and have released 3 fabulous hairs reminiscent of the roaring 20's. As soon as I saw Gloria with its butterfly headband, I knew I'd have to build a look around it.

Also, ColdLogic is having a sale in honor of its 1 year anniversary so I ran over and picked up a few of their new releases for 50% off. I loved the sexy shape of this newer number and the satiny glitter threads throughout it made me feel it was dressy enough for my flapper number. Added a few Maxi Gossamer jewels and this sexy garter from HolliPocket to finish it out. I'm really loving this look!

For pics today, I checked out Shady Falls. It's a 1920's roleplay sim with lots to see and do. It is so beautifully done and looks very true to the era but I was sadly shocked to find it empty. We spent quite a few hours exploring this fabulously done place and not one person tp'd in. Sad because it might have been fun to roleplay a little. Sunflowers

Since yellow is my absolute favorite color in the whole world, it'd make sense that sunflowers are one of my absolute fave flowers. They are loud and in your face but still sweet just like me. *Giggles* When I saw this dress from Plastik in a fun sunflower pattern, I just knew I had to blog it. This dress is a new release called Achillea and comes in many pretty patterns but I'm just showing off this one in all its flowery goodness. I paired it with this sexy new hair from Exile called Breathe Me and some fun copper bangles that I picked up at EY:NO this past lazy Sunday to bring you this post.

Now moving onto poses! Katink has just released the most fabulous poses. They are called the 360 poses and feature the same pose but with different angles. In my opinion, these poses are perfect for all you fashion models out there because you can show off your outfit from all views. I'm using ones from set 8 but there are 9 other sets to choose from. Plus, each set comes with an animation that just screams SL high fashion to me. If you're looking for some new awesome poses, be sure to head over to Katink and demo these babies!

Oh, and pics today are taken at Image Essentials. I was looking for new photogenic locations on Destination Guide and this one popped out at me. Autumn is Coming

Hey all! Just a LOTD inspired by this beautifully done trench coat Ricielli has out for this round of TDR. When I first saw this featured in other blogs, it immediately sparked my interest and I was so happy to see it at a discount price at TDR. I immediately snapped it up along with a few other goodies and build my LOTD around it. As you can see, autumn has arrived a little early for me.

Also, if you haven't seen the notices, Ikon's newest group gifts are out and they are fabulous as always. These eyes are part of the new line of Kaleido eyes and come in two pretty colors. I'm showing off the day version but there is also a pretty tealish colored pair for night. If you're not in this group, you definitely need to make room for it because in my opinion, Ikon has the prettiest peepers and they are super generous with their gifties.

Oh, and I'm having mesh issues with my pictures and some hair. *Pouts prettily* If anyone knows how to fix that mess of blue around my hair, please let me know and I'll love you forevers. For real! Candy Apple

Miel had out these adorable dresses for Fifty Linden Friday. They come in three patterns and a hud so you can mix and match the tube tube with the dresses. I loved the bright solid pack so I snapped those up. I couldn't decide what color to blog though until I saw that Sweet Leonard had this new candy apple mouthie out and then I knew I was going to be blogging a look to go around this adorable little accessory and voila, here is my LOTD.

Yes, I know FLF is now over. I really did mean to finish this blog earlier but I blame boys! Yes! Ever since I was a noob, paper.doll has always been one of my favorite stores. The store's designs are cute but sexy sort of like me. *Sticks my tongue out. I'm kidding! Well, maybe. Grins* Whenever I needed a new minidress, they were always first on my hit list of places to go. Nzuri for One Voice

As many of you all know, a bunch of Second Life designers have banded together to raise funds for Gala Phoenix through an event called One Voice. This event starts tonight at 12AM SLT and will run till July 15th. I've got a look at this sexy newly released lingerie by Nzuri that is available exclusively in red with 50% of the proceeds being donated to help with Gala's court costs. Nzuri will also have one of their previously released lingerie sets(not shown here) with 100% of the proceeds being donated so be sure to check out Nzuri's booth if you're looking for some sexy lingerie and want to donate to a good cause.

Just a quick post to wish my American readers a safe and happy 4th of July. Since it's in the middle of the week, I think it'll be a pretty quiet one here with a backyard BBQ and maybe a dip in the pool. I conned one of my besties into posing with this awesome dollarbie pose I picked up from Sparrowtree Studios. It's their July dollarbie and available on Marketplace or in the store. I also nabbed this sparkler from Hispose that came with a male pose but I wanted to show off my pretty face with my sparkler so I'm not using it. In the Summertime

Heys all! I've got more goodies from Taste of Second Life to show off. Alexohol has out these bright tropical inspired mesh dresses with pockets called the Summer Chill dress. I like the casual feel of these so much that I started dreaming of vacation. This little number would be something I'd toss on with flip flops for a cruise so of course, I tossed my new beach bag from Je Suis that is available in 3 color combinations for TOSL as well and went looking for my own cruise ship or in this case, a yacht.

I paired my casual vacation wear with the newest release from Truth called Brandy. I love the tousled sexiness of this mesh goodness combined with the adorable sideswept braid. I also snatched up the Al Vulo skin at Grunge Soul Project because I loved the soft face combined with the bright summery eyeshadow. Well, the captain has just granted me permission to come aboard so I'm off. Muahz!
