Burlesque

As mentioned in my last post, Perfect Wardrobe has a burlesque theme this time around. I am a closet fan of musicals (well, I guess I'm not in the closet anymore!) so of course I love the movies, "Burlesque" and "Moulin Rouge". I just about squealed when I saw that the organizers had picked this theme because I knew there was a lot of sexiness to be shown off and of course, I was right as you can see for yourself. I'm also rocking the newest skin from Izzie's. Faith is her name and when I got the group gift of the blonde version of this skin, I knew I was going to have to go nab a full release of her and I did. I'm not rocking my usual beloved sunkissed tone though because I decided to go a little lighter for the colder seasons. Crash Into XYROOM on Sept. 1st

A new round of XYROOM starts on the 1st and I've got a looksie at a few items you can nab from this awesome event. NousVous has this bright colorful tank and sweats combo out. I love the laidback vibe I get from wearing this and I'm a big fan of yellow so I just had to show it off. You know you want to get your own crashtastic look so be sure to grab this.

Also, Sugar has out this candylicious skin complete with glossy bright pink lips and a softer purple shadow. This skinnie comes in a teeth or non teeth version but since I'm anti SL teeth, I decided to show off the non teeth one. So Perfect Wardrobe has a sleepover theme this round and I thought it'd be the perfect excuse to have a fun time with my SL bestie, Dina, so I invited her over for makeovers and pillow fights and some other activities.  *Winks*

But as you can see, Dina was a little busy. She kept getting *ahem* business calls so I jumped on her bed and waited patiently for her to finish up. Finally, I got tired of being ignored so I decided to text her and tell her to come play with me.

Happy Bday Big Bro!

So since I'm writing this blog post from my SL brother's birthday party, I figured I'd wish him a very public happy birthday. God, he's getting old! I can't believe he's already 50! :D J/k!!! <3 ya Zani!

Anyways, I've been stalking this lucky board at C'est la vie for about a week trying to get this mesh tie I fell in love with. This tie is by ::K:: which is the men's store in C'est la vie but comes in both male and female versions and sizes.

A Plurk buddeh of mine blogged about this awesome box of gifts available at Plastik for a linden so of course, my curiosity got the best of me and I wandered over and picked it up.  There are lots of fabulous goodies  in the box, again unisex, so you need to hurry over and get them. Both my pants and eyes were part of this giftie!

My mesh tank is one of the newest release from fri.day and comes in 12 pretty colors. It just screams softness to me so of course, I had to show it off. Get to fri.day and nab it!

The rest of my look is due to my obsession with stars. I nabbed this pretty silver ring for free at the SGB Festival and the tattoo was yesterday's GFW offering from Delusions and comes in four colors. A Summertime Looksie

Perfect Wardrobe started the other day with a fresh new round and the theme this time is Summertime. Lots of beachy items to be had all for 90 lindens. My LOTD is a mix of a few items I nabbed from this event. Enjoy!

My fave item this round was this adorable hat hair from Yulicie. It comes in 2 shades and 2 different hat colors but since I love being a brunette best of all, I'm showing off the darker tone. I'd totally throw this hat on top if I were spending the day at the beach because I burn so easily. Luckily on SL, I can rock a tan easily. It's an Urban Shindig!

Hey readers! I've got some goodies from Perfect Wardrobe and Collabor88 to show off. Perfect Wardrobe has an urban theme this time around and I just love this theme because I blog a lot of urban looks. I like the dark, edgy colors and vibe of this round so much so I can't wait to see if the next one can top this. My top, which comes in a 2 pack with a white graffiti one as well is from Tentacio and is meshy goodness. The tat is from Delusions and you can wear it with or without the tear option face tattoo so if you don't want to muck up your makeup, this one is definitely a good option. Oh, and my nails, which you can't see too well...sorry!, are from Izzie's and feature a crackled texture hud with shine and no shine options. All of these items plus my smexy poses from Label Motion are available at PW so go get your urban on!

Now onto the shindig portion of my blog! Collabor88 has a shindig theme this round and basically that means parties and bold colors and sharp lines. The hair I'm wearing called Sayaka is available from Diva at Collabor88. I love the messy updo look of it complete with color changing hairpins that make it look like I just tossed it up casually for a laid back dinner party. And what better place to host a dinner party then in this soho feeling partially furnished mesh loft by Trompe Loeil that is also available for this round. I love the 70's ish feel of this baby and the pretty NYC skyline that I see when I look out the window.

As you can see, both these events feature lots of fabulousness so run on over and blow all your lindens at them. Oh, and as you can see, I need housewarming gifts so be sure to pick me up a present too. Jk! Hey, a girl can try, right?

Nature Girls: A Perfect Wardrobe Looksie

Last night, I begged one of my two SL besties into taking pics with me. Mind you, co-blogs take us hours (I blame crashing and being too fat for couples poses!) but I love posing with my bishes so much I just have to plead until one of them caves in! My little flower child, Kimbra, loved the nature round of Perfect Wardrobe so much that we decided to show off some goodies from it. Darkness Falls: A Perfect Wardrobe LOTD

Sooooooooo my absolute favorite shopping event, Perfect Wardrobe is back with a brand new round and the theme this time is Darkness Falls. I had a bad day today so this theme was perfect for me to be a little bit emo sad with. I fell in major love with this pants outfit from AlterEgo that they've put out. It comes complete with the running mascara makeup and shoes plus this blindfold nom. Since I feel like I have to censor myself lately, this really suits my mood. I think this outfit would be perfect for a roleplayer so if you're looking for something that is dark yet sexy, this outfit might just be for yo. I paired this little number with some bright red lipstick and dark liner from Delusions and this super true tattoo from Salt and Pepper that reads "Hatred Darkens Life". Sugar is Sweet

TOSL has a Sugar is Sweet theme this weekend in honor of Valentine's day and although I'm not a fan of the holiday, I can't help but share some of the cuteness this round. This round was one of my faves with me loving just about everything the designers put out but I'm only sharing a look with a few of them.

Acid & Mala has out this cutesy thermal bunny dress. This dress also comes with a matching bodysuit and top making it a real bargain for only 55L I believe. I'm also showing off these adorable poses from Juxtapose called Sweet Emotion. They are nice stands to show off any outfit you're wearing. Finally, I'm toping off my look with these nails from Izzie's. I love how Izzie's includes more skin tones than most nail designers making them easier for me to wear. I know you really can't see them in my pic but you need to head over and snag them up if you're looking for some Valentiney nails. Cupid's Chokehold

12 Days of Lingerie~Day 1

So another blogger's challenge has started and I've jumped aboard with my short attention span kicking. Gogo has started the 12 Days of Lingerie challenge and it lasts till Valentine's Day. Me and my Rumor besties wanted to do a pic together so we got all hoochiefied to bring you the first day of the challenge. These chicklets are my fave peeps inworld at the moment so it was a lot of fun to do a pic with them even if I kept going blurry and Kimbra's eyes were closed for half my shots. Also, we didn't notice it till it was too late but my hair was in Desi's neck in the second shot but those are the breaks on SL. Even in the Dark: Perfect Wardrobe

As I said in my last post, Perfect Wardrobe has a fairytale theme this round and since every fairytale has its dark side, here is mine. Yulicie put out this unicorn set that comes in two versions. It includes the horn, tail, top and wings. I'm rocking the evil unicorn look but if you want to be a cutesy unicorn, there is a set for you as well. I'm also showing off this tattoo from Delusions that states how love gives us a fairytale. Upcoming Perfect Wardrobe Looksy

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas everywhere you go and Perfect Wardrobe is no exception. Tomorrow starts its Christmas themed round and there is lots of goodies to be had. I decided to start showing off the Perfect Wardrobe goodies with a fun, casual look. I'm absolutely in love with this pale skinny from Aura. It comes with a complete faun look (not shown) but is perfect for everyday winter looks as well. I paired it with some dressdown Christmas inspired clothing from Nestle My Bosom and SOURIRES. Both of these numbers come with another option included in the pack. Yay for generous designers! To finish my look, I added some fun accessories from Delusions. OMG! Walking in a Winter Wonderland: Perfect Wardrobe Style

Short post tonight because I have a headache that won't quit. I blame it on my Christmas lights which don't want to stay up. I have a brick front and can't use hooks and tape is not working so yep, they have me stressed. Ah, I'll figure something out but anyways I wanted to show off another look from Perfect Wardrobe's Winter Wonderland round. This is seriously my favorite round so far because there is so much wintery cuteness to be had. Just look at the pic yourself!
