Reflections

The Mesh Around Hunt started the other day and I saw lots of cuteness on the feeds so I had to make a list and go get what I wanted. So far, my favorite hunt find is this pretty hair from .ploom. called Daisy. Daisy comes in the indecisive pack (so generous!) and has a texture change hud for the flowers and hair ties. I love the hippie vibe of this pretty hair so much and it reminds me of one of my fave wifeys, Kimbra, so it's a win. If you're looking for mesh cuteness, check out the Mesh Around Hunt.

I'm taking pics in the newest skybox offering from Trompe Loeil. This pretty skysphere is available at this round of Fameshed and features a pretty reflection pond as well as nicely done scenery. I believe that designer said she was inspired to make this from the television GoT which me and almost all of Plurk is in love with so if you're a GoT fan, you'll definitely love this. It comes with or without the stand so if you're low on prims, it's still an option so be sure to head on over to Fameshed and check this out.

I came across this sim called Rust and fell in love with it but I'm emo sad cause it's deserted. I don't know why but my favorite sims always are so I'm pimping this one out. Go visit it! I'm also showing off this cute little necklace the was just released at Rezipsa Loc for the May Flower round of TOSL. Although this round of TOSL has past, I'm sure this fun Spring necklace is probably still out. Oh, I'm also wearing the newest Exile release that is available at the My Attic event. This adorable mesh hair complete with a texture change hairband is available for only 95L a pack. *Squeals* I just love a good hair on sale. I had some trouble with the texture menu initially but thankfully my bestie helped me figure out to use Ctrl Alt and T to find the menu on my little nose. And now I leave you with some tunes!

Lily Gives Me Redemption

The other day while goofing off on Plurk someone threw up links to a Flickr page featuring a newly built sim. Curiosity got the best of me and after drooling over the pics, I had to go visit this darkly beautiful place. It's called Redemption Hill and I think the talented creator of this sim is still working on it but it was open to the public and I got to check it out. I love the attention to detail that has been put into this sim so much that I'm sure I'll be back to take many more pics. Since I wanted to blog this artistically detailed tattoo by Rezipsa Loc that she has out for Culture Shock, I figured this was the perfect place to take pics. I think that the intricate rosary design and wings go well with the desolate and lonely feel of this place.

Noises, I Play Within My Head

So I came across a new store and I have to say I'm in seriously like and can't wait to see what else they put out. The store is called [Avoid] and they just opened but feature so much mesh goodness in the form of cutesy 80's inspired accessories so far. I'm showing off this My Little Pony lunchbox because who doesn't love ponies but there are lots of other adorable designs for both girls and boys so be sure to search for this store and go get your own lunchbox. I might share what's inside but you're not getting my pail.

Also, Keep Calm & Keep Shopping opens in just four days and I got a looksie of one of the bright tops being offered by Coloreta's for this event. This top comes in 3 colors and matches a skirt that they will also have out for the event but we all know I like shorts better. I paired it with these new mesh boots from Pepper that are available in 4 colors. Keep your eye out for more goodness from both this event and this store because both offer so many great things.
