Woodland Frost

Hey all! This post is all about accessories! First, I've got a sneak peek at these fun fantasy based accessories from Distorted Dreams that will be available at the first round of The Fantasy Collective. My autumn inspired twig hairpiece and my simple wood necklace will be up for sale at this event. The Fantasy Collective starts on November 20th and features a great lineup of fantasy based stores so be sure to save up your lindens.

The rest of my look is a combination of awesomeness from Collabor88 as well as some more new accessories by Sweet Leonard. I love this delicate acorn necklace and bag so much that I just had to add them to my look of the day. Sweet Leonard is always cranking out the cuteness so if you've never been to this store, be sure to check them out.

Oh and I gotta give special love to this laced up boots by Beetlebones. They are my absolute favorite item from this round of Collabor88 and come in five different colors for 88L each. I can't believe what a steal they were. I bought two and am probably going to pick up more. You should too!

Bandana Day

Hair Fair is sadly coming to an end and as most of you all know, today is Bandana Day. This day is we remove our hair to honor those who are suffering with cancer right now and wear a bandana. There were tons of beautifully made bandanas to purchase at this wonderful event but this one by Ohmai was so gorgeous that I chose it for my bandana today along with a lot of other people on SL. If you haven't been to this event yet, you still have a few hours. Remember that all sales of the bandanas go towards Wigs for Kids so be sure to run over and get your own bandana and support an awesome charity!

Also, if you haven't heard, Beetlebones has reopened and has a bunch of new goodies in her store. My beautifully done dress is one of these releases and comes in a variety of colors. I love the simpleness to this dress so much and felt like it went perfectly with my bandana so I just had to show it off. I paired it with Filthy's newest release Oceanne which I will show you more of in my next post.

Since we are removing our hair, I thought it was apt to wear the browless version of this skin and ditch my lashes today because as you know chemotherapy isn't selective and cancer patients lose all of the hair on their body, not just the hair on their head. I hope that anyone who is reading this post who may be affected by this tragic illness knows that your spirit shines through in your strength and that makes you beautiful. <3

Glam Rock Princess

Perfect Wardrobe is back with a glam themed round and even though, I usually don't do punk looks I just had to once I saw this pretty skin by Gorean Rose. It's got dark, edgy makeup in purple and black tones and comes complete with the Tango appliers. Once I fell in love with this skinnie, I remember that I had some licorice color hair from Wasabi Pills that I had picked up on a past FLF so I put in on and started to build this look. It's so far from my normal style but I love it and hey, sticking with the same look all the time can be boring right?

I'm also showing off this fun pose box that is available at Perfect Wardrobe too. It's by Focus Poses and features 8 different color backgrounds as well as 12 glamorous poses. The Other Side

Since I'm from the States, I sometimes forget that it's not Autumn in some places. For those in the Southern Hemisphere, it's Spring so when Demise of Flight put out these cutesy summer dresses, I had to show one off. I crashed my male bestie's house, who is actually in the Southern Hemisphere, (thanks X & Lici for allowing me to take pics at your lovely house!) and he decided to crash my pic in all his hamstery goodness.

This simple shirtdress comes in 5 pretty patterns and is Demise of Flight's first clothing release. I loved the light airy feel of the daisy pattern so I'm showing that off but there is a little something for everyone. All Dressed Up

Ok, I’ll admit it. I jumped right into the Beetlebones dwarf hamster craze along with half of Second Life and had to have one as soon as I saw the pictures posted advertising them for The Arcade event. I mean anyone with half a heart had to gush about how cute these little guys or girls were right? I played a few times hoping to get a Fairy one but it wasn’t meant to be so I settled for my Siberian Cocoa and ran around….*gasp* naked! Yes, I know I could have modified myself a little outfit but those of you that know me well know that I’m a noob when it comes to such things so I just stayed unclothed. That is until Chocolate Atelier decided to place out these adorable whispy dresses for the hamsters! Yay! Now, I could get all dressed up and go play. And that’s exactly what I did! *Giggles*

Nature Girls: A Perfect Wardrobe Looksie

Last night, I begged one of my two SL besties into taking pics with me. Mind you, co-blogs take us hours (I blame crashing and being too fat for couples poses!) but I love posing with my bishes so much I just have to plead until one of them caves in! My little flower child, Kimbra, loved the nature round of Perfect Wardrobe so much that we decided to show off some goodies from it. I admit there is lots of cuteness to be had as well so we got all hippiefied and snuck onto my other bestie, Dina's, beautiful SIM to take some pics.Enjoy our looks and get to Perfect Wardrobe!

*Giggles* We are both wearing the same skin but we wear it so differently. It's Delusional by Izzie's and it's available at the Skin Addiction Showcase. I love the soft, dewy face and sunkissed glow of this little baby so much and it comes with lots of extras like lipglosses, eyeshadows, brow colors and freckles. Let's Get Culture Shocked!

Culture Shock opens tomorrow at 4PM SLT and there is lots of shopping to be done. Sponsored by Modavia Productions, this event features over 180 fabulous stores each with an exclusive item to raise money for the charity, Doctors Without Borders. This event aims to bring a little bit of the designer's real life cultures to Second Life and will run till May 26th so be sure to stop on over and support an awesome cause.

Since the event's designs are a reflection of real life aspects, I've decided to show off a bunch of goodies in my favorite color. Yes, it's shocking yellow! I love the warm and happy feeling I get when I have this color around me so I was happy to see lots of yellow goodness at this event. The dress I'm wearing is from Koketka and is mesh. I love the casual feel of this dress so much and I knew I had to blog it because I actually have this dress in real life. Lol! I paired it with this beautifully done skin by Akeruka as well as these fabulous heels that are free at the event from G Field and this fun pose prop accessory from Sparrowtree Studios. If you're looking for some fantastic shopping finds, you'll definitely want to rush right over to Culture Shock when it opens because everything is fabulously done and as I said up there, it's for charity! Oh, and if you do decide to go, be sure to lower your scripts because you won't be able to TP there unless you are low lag. It's going to be packed so you can't help but want to follow this rule. Me Time

The life of a blogger is hectic and although I love all the stores I blog for, I sometimes feel like I don't get the opportunity to blog for myself that often. Tonight I am a little sad so to cheer myself up, I blogged for me. This includes messing with windlights and stuffs so the pics may be a little different than what you are used to from me. I also had a rage moment when SL decided to cover half of my pics with a black box in the bottom corner. Spring Forward: TOSL Sneak Peek

Taste of Second Life has a Spring theme this weekend in honor of Daylight Savings Time and I was more than happy to spring forward with some sexy lace lingerie from Blacklace. This yummy little number features a semi sheer slip with bow accents and naughty garter belted stockings. I love the springlike color of this little number so much because it always gets me in the mood for this season. As always, all of Blacklace's lingerie is transferable so if you're wanting to send someone else some sexiness, you can.

May I also recommend snapping up their matching makeup that will be available from their beauty line as well? You get a total of 6 shadows and 2 lipsticks that will accentuate your springish naughty look perfectly.
