Wintery Friends

Hey all! Long time no see! I've been a little busy with work and super tired the last few nights so I haven't had the chance to blog but I wanted to show off these adorable friend themed poses that Nani has out for Winter Trend. This event features lots of wintery cuteness and runs till December 13th so be sure to check it out. I absolutely fell in love with these chipmunk poses called Snuggly. They come with two attachable chipmunks just perfect for a wintery friend look.

And if you're into human friends more, Nani also has out a cute couples pose that I think works perfectly with friend pics as well called Snug. I grabbed one of my wives to pose pretty with me to show it off. Say hi to Jordan everyone! Yes, she's wife #3 but I love her just as much as the others. :D

Finally, if you haven't been to The Main Event yet, there is still a little bit of time to check it out. It's open till the 14th and you can find this cozy sweater from Sysy's there. Well, I think I'm gonna go tackle Jordan now and smush some snow in her pretty face. Catch you later all! <3

Bandana Day

Hair Fair is sadly coming to an end and as most of you all know, today is Bandana Day. This day is we remove our hair to honor those who are suffering with cancer right now and wear a bandana. There were tons of beautifully made bandanas to purchase at this wonderful event but this one by Ohmai was so gorgeous that I chose it for my bandana today along with a lot of other people on SL. If you haven't been to this event yet, you still have a few hours. Remember that all sales of the bandanas go towards Wigs for Kids so be sure to run over and get your own bandana and support an awesome charity!

Also, if you haven't heard, Beetlebones has reopened and has a bunch of new goodies in her store. My beautifully done dress is one of these releases and comes in a variety of colors. I love the simpleness to this dress so much and felt like it went perfectly with my bandana so I just had to show it off. I paired it with Filthy's newest release Oceanne which I will show you more of in my next post.

Since we are removing our hair, I thought it was apt to wear the browless version of this skin and ditch my lashes today because as you know chemotherapy isn't selective and cancer patients lose all of the hair on their body, not just the hair on their head. I hope that anyone who is reading this post who may be affected by this tragic illness knows that your spirit shines through in your strength and that makes you beautiful. <3

A Glimpse from Hair Fair 2012

Hey peeps! I've got a looksie of one of the pretty hairs that Tameless has made for this upcoming Hair Fair. This event opens to the public at midnight and Tameless has put out 5 new hairs for this event. I'm in love with this partially mesh one called Victoria. I love the volumized crown of this number combined with the sleek mesh ponytail. Be sure to check out Tameless' booth at this event!

I'm also showing off this pretty floral mesh skirt I won on the Lucky Board at Ribbon. This designer is super generous and has just placed out three new goodies to be won! I paired it with the newest jewelry release from Legit. This little key necklace is the perfect simple accessory for my hippie girl look. And the poses I'm using are by a newer pose store to the grid called Nani. Nani's got lots of cuteness so be sure to check them out for all your pose needs.
