Hey all! I've got some cute goodies I picked up from some events going on right now. Zenith has out these adorable lace detailed dresses at The Chapter Four that I paired up with this fun Peony umbrella I picked up over at Acid Lily by Le Poppycock. Both these items gave me the simple romantic feeling I was going for and went perfectly with some vintagey accessory releases that Sweet Leonard put out recently.
I've also got a closer look at one of the newer Filthy skins that was released about a week ago. Her name is Oceane and she comes in 6 pretty tons as well as lots of makeup options. I figured I'd show some of the tones with some of the makeups but the skin comes in its natural form and the makeups are all tattoo layers so feel free to mix and match as you like.

Wow! Three posts in less than 24 hours. I think this is a new record for me. Anyways, Perfect Wardrobe started a new round today and the theme this time around is 50's Pinup Girls but for some reason when I saw this partial mesh negligee by [A]renesmee, my mind went a little further back in time. I paired my new flowy gown with this vintagey skin called Cassandra by Izzie's and a pretty texture change pearl necklace by Je Suis to give you my jazz singer look. My short hairdo is the newest release by Tameless and is called Elizabeth. Elizabeth features a texture change hairpin and comes in a variety of colors so if you're looking for a new do, be sure to check out Tameless. So I came across a new store and I have to say I'm in seriously like and can't wait to see what else they put out. The store is called [Avoid] and they just opened but feature so much mesh goodness in the form of cutesy 80's inspired accessories so far. I'm showing off this My Little Pony lunchbox because who doesn't love ponies but there are lots of other adorable designs for both girls and boys so be sure to search for this store and go get your own lunchbox. I might share what's inside but you're not getting my pail.
Also, Keep Calm & Keep Shopping opens in just four days and I got a looksie of one of the bright tops being offered by Coloreta's for this event. This top comes in 3 colors and matches a skirt that they will also have out for the event but we all know I like shorts better. I paired it with these new mesh boots from Pepper that are available in 4 colors. Keep your eye out for more goodness from both this event and this store because both offer so many great things. Sticky Fingers has been on a lace kick lately and I don't mind one bit. Lace to me is sophisticated with a kick of sexy. Perfect for the look I'm usually going for on Second Life. Their newest release is called My Lace Top Dress and comes in 8 colors ranging from the oh so neutral black to a bright fun yellow. I love how the lace top shows just a little glimpse of my cleavage without being in your face. If you're a lover of lace like me, you need to head on over to snap these pretty dresses up because you can't pass up a new release.

Yes, I know I am late in blogging them but there is still time plus I had to play marriage counselor on Second Life so I'm behind on this post. TOSL has a geek chic theme this week and there is lots of nerdy goodness to be had. I'm showing off these fun light saber poses inspired by the movie Star Wars that are out at Magnifique as well as this cute Periodic Table of Elements themed shirt by Rezipsa Loc. You need to grab this list and put together your own geeky look.
The rest of my look is compliments of La Venta Eventa. Although I have issues with the organizers of this event, I can't help but support some of my fave stores who participate in this event. Somnia is one of them and she's got out a fatpack of jeans (shown here in black) for the low price of 90 lindens I think. I have been on the hunt for a new pair of jeans and these nicely textured ones may just be my new faves. I'm also rocking some glittery nails from Rezipsa Loc that I realized you can't see but they are so pretty and I love that they are tattoo layers so you don't have to worry about detaching them so be sure to check out both of these stores in La Venta this week.
Oh, and did I mention that Truth is having a half off sale as well as many other awesome stores at their Truth District location. I absolutely loved Sophie when I saw her released but waited to get her and I'm so happy I did because I got her for only 125L now. The Fashion Garret is back with a brand new round and although it's small this time, there is still some awesomeness to be had. Illmatic has put out this deep v neck bodysuit with sparkly detail and a sheer panel for you conservative types. This sexy top comes with a matching skirt perfect for a clubbing outfit. I'm not wearing the skirt because the prim is grey for me but I sent an IM to the owner and hopefully they'll fix it but you should still check this out because it's a smokin outfit even so.

Shh, don't tell anyone but I snuck into my brother Zan's library to take some pictures for you. I just had to show off these adorable props from Magnifique that are available at a discounted price for TOSL and what better place to show off a book than at the library. This set comes with 6 book smart poses as well as book props and is only 75 lindens. Yay! I love to read and I know you will too when you snap up these poses.
I'm also showing off this pretty floral dress that is going to be available at The Fashion Garret for its next cycle from u.f.o. Last cycle, they had this awful dog bodysuit that I hated so I'm happily surprised to find such a nice dress with two belt options from them. It goes to show that you can't give up on a store just because you hate one thing you see from them. I paired the dress with this beautifully done pale skin with serious eyes and pouty lips from Iren as well as some fabulous hair from Angel that will also be at The Fashion Garret. You should definitely save up some lindens for this sale because the things I've seen that are going to be featured are very well done and tasteful.

So Magnifique Poses released this adorable doorway prop this weekend and I just had to show it off. I love the ease of rezzing a prop like this and just being able to shoot instead of setting the tone so I'm in love with this prop and am sure I will use it again and again. It's called The Doorway and features 6 poses. It's only 10 prims too so be sure to go over to Magnifique and check it out.
Check out this adorable fanny pack I picked up on a lucky board. While reading my blog roll, I saw this picture of one of the bloggers wearing it and she mentioned it was a lucky board prize so I just had to go try my luck. Imagine how happy I was to tp into an empty mall with the lucky board on ?! I didn't even have to wait to nab this adorable little accessory.

Magnifique Poses just released two awesome pose props and I want to show them off. In the Window is a window prop of course that features six poses. You can look out the window or sit on the windowsill and it's only 6 prims I believe.
The Old Shack is the other prop released this week. It's a rustic old shack with 6 leaning/sitting on the rail poses and best of all, it's only 1 prim. That's like the same amount of prims as a poseball and so much better.

It seems I'm always running out of interesting places to take my blog pictures so I did a google search on the most photogenic places in Second Life. I've been to a few of these sims but somehow this one got passed over. Innsmouth is described as an abandoned 1930's New England town and I found it so hauntingly beautiful that I just had to show off the goodies I picked up today.
I work weekends so I feel like I'm always missing out on the good sales that go on during the weekends but tonight I was lucky enough to make it to the Lazy Sunday ones. I fell in love with this pretty dress from Black & Blue Outfitters but when I took it home and tried it on, I couldn't adjust it to my body type. (Not the designer's fault, I'm a noob when it comes to these things!) Happily, I remembered that I bought these cream lace shorts from League on Friday so I thought hmm, I wonder if they match. I tried the top of the dress with the shorts and found it was a perfect match but that the outfit needed some color so I paired it with this awesome denim jacket from Action.
After that, I dropped by CHIC's Fashionably Late event and picked up this creamy skin with dark eye makeup from Haut Monde called Camden. I believe that it's a preview of her next skin line and it fits right in with what I can describe as a dewy look that seems to be the normal of Teresa Republic's skins. I love dark eye makeup because I'm usually after a dramatic look and Camden works so well for me. I topped off my look with one of the newer hair releases from Angel Hair. I usually work the long caramel colored hairs of hers but I decided to experiment with this chocolate brown short style and can definitely say I'm impressed with Angel's short dos too. Well, it's five am here and I've been up since five am the night before so it's definitely time for me to hit my pillow. Be sure to check out these fabulous stores!

While scavenging the Marketplace for new designers, I came across this colored wood bead set by Pepper. I've recently found out about Pepper via The Fashion Garret and have wanted to check out their store but haven't made it so I was happy to find them on the Marketplace especially since they were offering several of their designs at promo prices. I was thrilled with the quality of this accessory and was extremely pleased to find it easy to modify to my shape. I steer away from accessories because I am a noob when it comes to fixing prim pieces and modifying jewelry but this necklace laid so nicely around my neck so I am stoked.
Also, Alexandra Barcelos has put out a skin that is absolutely breathtaking once again. Paige is Filthy's newest release and she comes in 6 tones as well as 8 makeups. I get the pleasure of showing you Paige in Ivory. Filthy's Ivory is not your normal ivory. I don't feel like I'm a vampire in it. Instead, it's a sun-kissed glowy skin that is perfect for the summer. I love the slighty rosy cheeks and neutral pouty lips that just scream kiss me. You should hurry on over to Filthy, join their group and buy this skin before June 29th! Why? Because this beautiful skin with the shape and cleavage option is half price until then! We all love a good sale and this is surely one you shouldn't pass up!

I don't know if I've ever told you this but my second favorite color in the whole world is Aqua. It's such a calm and peaceful color that reminds me of tropical summerish beaches and warm ocean breezes. You know the kind of color that makes you feel like you're on vacation even if you're not. Well, as I promised, I have more Summer Breeze Hunt goodies for you in.....you guessed it! Aqua!
Kelly is paper.doll's Summer Breeze goodie and isn't she a beauty? She has poofy sleeves and beautiful lace detail going around the waistline. I had to pair this dress with a pretty white peek a boo bra though because the neckline is so low that my nipples were peeking out so please don't think it comes with it. Ahhh, the price of fashion!
And Enchantress is Nemesis' Summer Breeze hunt prize. I love the asymmetrical sparkly sequins of this dress and how form fitting it is. This dress makes me think of New Year's Eve in the middle of summer. It's the perfect dress to get down and sexy in a Miami beach club in my opinion.
Lastly, I just have to show you the newest release from Al Vulo. Bitu is her name and she's on sale at The Fashion Garret for the low price of 70 lindens.
