A Belated Happy Rez Day

So by the time I get this posted, my rez day will be over. It's funny. I'm not usually one to pay attention to that sort of stuff but I guess the marketing peeps of SL did because somehow a marketing rep got ahold of the info that it was my rez day and decided to remind me of it. Since it was a special day for me, I decided to shop a little more than usual. Someone on the SL Bloggers Support chat mentioned yard sales and since I'm having issues with lag at The Arcade event, I went to a bunch of them and picked up everything I've been eyeing up on the feeds and couldn't get without crashing. I fell in love with this Ison top and actually was lucky enough to get this before I crashed at the actual event. I want more colors but didn't come across any at the sales. Guess everyone else loved them too! :D I know I'll be back to get more of these when this event dies down a little.

Since Elikatira was having an awesome sale, I also headed there and went a little crazy, picking up quite a few hairs that didn't make it to my inventory before. Flattery was my fave of my buys so that's the one I'm showing off. I love the soft waves of this style so much that I know I'll be wearing it quite a lot.

The rest of my rez day was spent on Izzie's sim taking pics until my fave boy on all of SL decided to log on. I got to have a nice chat with him and he distracted me from editing for quite a bit but hey, you know how it is! If it weren't for my friends and blogging, I probably wouldn't be on Second Life so I'm grateful for the people who have touched my SL. Hugs to you all for making my SL what it is! As you can see from the pics and I'm sure many more on other blogs you read, Izzie's sim is beautifully done for the upcoming season so be sure to drop by and explore. And now I better tp off of it because I've been here for about 3 hours and I don't want her charging me rent. *Giggles* Have an awesome rest of the day readers! Muahz!

Vanity is Calling

Heys all! Just a little post to show off this pretty skin that's a new release from Mirror's Enigma. This skin named Vanity comes in 3 colors but I liked the glowy feel of the tan so I'm showing that off with two makeups that you can nab. Silly Girls Wear Pumpkins!

The other day I was reading on SLexy Fashionista about this mini hunt going on at *.amato.*. I liked the prizes from the CDT hunt they had so much that I had to check this hunt out and I'm so glad I did because there is so much pumpkiny cuteness to be found. My LOTD shows off just a few of these prizes but beware there are decoy pumpkins and I couldn't find one of them. *Cries* Anyways, the rest of the goodies were well worth it that I'm not too upset about the missing pumpkin.

I'm also showing off these juicy neutral lipglosses from [sauce]. Silly Girl Glosses are their name and they range from cutesy pinks to fun purples. I love the funny names of them like "Grimace Stole My Milkshake" and "She's a Brick....House" and you will too so get your booties over to [sauce] and grab them up.

New at Magnifique

So Magnifique Poses released this adorable doorway prop this weekend and I just had to show it off. I love the ease of rezzing a prop like this and just being able to shoot instead of setting the tone so I'm in love with this prop and am sure I will use it again and again. It's called The Doorway and features 6 poses. It's only 10 prims too so be sure to go over to Magnifique and check it out.

Check out this adorable fanny pack I picked up on a lucky board. While reading my blog roll, I saw this picture of one of the bloggers wearing it and she mentioned it was a lucky board prize so I just had to go try my luck. Imagine how happy I was to tp into an empty mall with the lucky board on ?! I didn't even have to wait to nab this adorable little accessory.

New @ Angel

Angel Hair has released 4 new female hairs. I'm going to show you 3 of them. The first is only available at Grunge Soul Project for the discount price of 99 lindens and the other two can be found at Angel Hair's mainstore. Waga comes in four shades. Shown here is Soil. Isn't she cute? I love the not pulled through pigtails that are slightly off skew. Kind of gives my av a youthful looks, don't you agree?

Next up is another pigtail style that isn't so messy. Layla, shown in Blonde is available for 225 lindens at the mainstore. I love the color changeable headband and length of this style.

Finally, I'm going to show off my favorite of Angel Hair's newest releases. Michelle is a braided updo that just screams sophistication in a unique way. Happy Sunday bloggers! Lots of newness has been released this week and it's taken me a bit to go through all my notecards and such but as soon as I saw this jacket, I knew I had to feature it. Dorian is its name and it's a totally cool black zip up jacket with a hoodie. It comes in both a male and female version so it's perfect for couples and comes in two styles, long and short as well as with a prim resizer attached version. I liked the attached version better because it's more baggy and suits my look better. The plain short and long versions are fitted so it really just depends on your style I guess. This awesome jacket is available for only 50 lindens (OMG!) until June 19th at Bubblez Design.

Next up, I gotta show you the newest tattoo release from KHUSH.. Secrets & Lies is a sexy upper chest tattoo that has the quote, "My Heart Holds All Secrets; My Heart Tells No Lies." I'm not a big tattoo fan but I liked the meaning behind this one so I picked it up. Plus, it looked totally cute with my outfit! Oh, I'm also wearing the new June gift for Filthy. I switched to a darker skin tone for the summer but it's still absolutely gorgeous.
