Autumn Comes to My House

So those of you nearest and dearest to my heart, you know I've been decorating my sky platform for the last week or so. Yes, a week! What can I say? I'm distracted easily. Anyways, it's finally done and I wanna show it off to the rest of you all using a collage like I saw on Harlow Heslop's blog.

I've never had a place that I could personalize myself before this year so I've been taking advantage of it but this time, I got to decorate for my favorite season of all so I'm super duper happy!! I love the rich autumn colors combined with a light beige tone as you'll see in my pics. Once I saw this awesome lodge by Zacca, I just started to furnish around it. This house comes complete with two things that made it a must buy in my opinion. They are: a huge window seat with built in poses and a little loft area perfect for lounging around.

I've come to realize that I could easily buy out the stores, What Next and Lisp Bazaar, but I also found some cuteness from a few other not as known designers so please check out the credits to find out some info on all these goodies.

Oh, did I mention that a lot of this stuff is heavily discounted? If you are on a budget, be sure to check Marketplace because there are tons of awesome cheapies on there especially for the autumn season.

P.S. How long do you think it'll take before my land owner realizes I'm umm slightly over my allotted prims? *Giggles*

Happy 20K!

So after my last post, I reached 20k views. I've been waiting for this to happen because blogging is the thing on SL that I've stuck with the longest. I love putting together looks and taking pics. It's become my therapy after a rough RL day. I know some people reach this many views faster and are probably reading this laughing because it took me over a year to do so but I don't care I'm celebrating my achievement. Anyways, if you read my blog frequently, I just want to say thanks for sticking with me through all my noobtastic shots and look forward to many more. I love ya all! Hugs!

Oh, I'm also giving you a little glimpse of my new house so far. I love the tranquil greens and blues of this look and am thrilled with how it's shaping up to be so enjoy the peek into my little slice of pixel heaven as I continue decorating it to my heart's content.

Oh, and I have to talk for a few minutes about the skin I'm wearing in the 2nd and 3rd pics. It's by the newest skin store to hit the grid, Devine Perfection. Sheena was dropped to me in four different makeups but I gotta admit that I'm loving Sheena 1 the best. Sheena has pink dewy cheekbones, an even tone throughout and chiseled abs. Can you say yum? I feel like I went to the virtual gym and did a million crunches. *Giggles* I'm loving the light rose lips and eye makeup and if you're after some darker makeup, be sure to check out one of the other makeups available here!
